Yoga For Beginners

Whether your brand new to yoga or just want to re-visit and refine your exisiting practice
During this 4 week course you will be introduced to all that is Yoga
You will learn;
*How to practice yoga safely, with an awareness of alignment and posture
* Foundation poses that will enable you to practice on your own or confidently in studio
* Yogic breathing techniques - Pranayama
* Specific benefits of poses - physical and mental
