Before Michael bought the Golden Crown 5 years ago he spent many years travelling around Australia, working in many Chinese restaurants and what he found is that every single one of them prepared and cooked there meals differently. The same meals that every Chinese restaurant will taste and look different even if they are all known by the same name. Michael learnt the recipes he uses now from the previous owners. He has put his own twist on things with using no added extra MSG, making most of his sauces and most of the entrees are made in house for a fresher tastier flavour.
