Yoga Retreat Weekend with Miss Bliss

Yoga Teacher Sheila Lane is renowned for her Bliss Yoga Retreats at The Privateer Inn. Arrive on Friday evening and prepare to exhale and unwind from the stresses of work and family obligations. Sheila and Shamanic Healer, Beth Lenco will merge yin yoga with elemental sounds in a candlelit practice, overlooking the Mersey River in our beautifully renovated historic inn. Sheila and Beth are childhood friends and their ability to read each other and work together creates an atmosphere of harmony, balance, and safety. This is the perfect, calm opening to a weekend designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate. The theme of our Fall Retreat is Exploring Yoga through the Chakras and workshops and Yoga classes throughout the weekend will take you on a journey - through yoga, art, food...and wine, of Chakra energy. Accessible to all levels, yet surprisingly challenging for those who enjoy extra effort.

What are people saying? Many leave the class feeling more integrated and relaxed. The music helps people go inward and feel. People remark on sleeping better, feeling calmer, and even entering into visionary states where they can let themselves be free.

Sheila also works with her sister Susan who is a sommelier and together they have created a Chakra Wine Tasting Dinner presented on Saturday evening.

Artist Sarah Webber will join us in a yoga for opening your creative energy, followed by a painting workshop on Saturday afternoon.

Sheila always creates a peaceful weekend filled with educational workshops and relaxing and rejuvenating yoga practice.
