Open to all University of Exeter undergraduate students, Grand Challenges is a project week in which you work in interdisciplinary groups with other like-minded people to design innovative ways to tackle contemporary global issues.
Topics for 2018 include climate change, global security, mental health, gender inequality and food sustainability.
To support your project, you will hear from leading academics and a range of inspirational external experts at the forefront of their field.
Grand Challenges will develop your transferable skills further, which will increase your confidence and enhance your employability prospects. The main skills that you will enhance are team working, communication, presentation skills, time and project management.
