Yoga is a wonderful way to help kids to de-stress and be healthy. Sometimes we may not realise how stressful our children's lives can be. Yoga has many benefits to offer to equip and empower children to respond to this in a healthy way. It helps to develop body awareness, to build concentration and focus,increase their confidence and positive self-image, and to calm the mind. Yoga helps managing stress through breathing,mindfulness, meditation and healthy movements.
