An introduction to the Chi Running technique, which will build your confidence in understanding how to practice and implement the following form focuses to your own running style - Posture, ankle lift, lean, arm swing. Cadence, stride and gears will also be practiced. Video analysis will be taken if you would like to take part.
Lunch is included in the price of the workshop (£90 per person).
The workshop will take place outdoors all day.
