Celebrate St Patrick’s Day on Day Three of The Festival. It is a typically Irish affair with the Irish vs. the English in the top jump racing event of the season, Guinness Village, Irish music and shamrock's galore.
Racing is top notch with The JLT Novices’ Chase kicking the day off, as well as The Sun Bets Stayers’ Hurdle and The Ryanair Steeple Chase.
Aptly St Patrick’s Thursday 2018 saw trebles won by both Gordon Elliott and Davy Russell. Michael O’Leary won his first Ryanair Chase after 15 years of trying with Balko Des Flos. The Sun Bets Stayers’ Hurdle was won by Penhill beating SuperSundae by two lengths, an impressive run after 11 months off.
St Patrick’s Thursday is a day that is guaranteed to be full of fun and fantastic racing – one not to be missed.
Tickets available from the 19th March, book early for best rates.
