Ohio’s biggest Ford drag race converges on National Trail Raceway June 7-10, 2018 for the 15th annual NMRA Ford Super Nationals. It is the fourth stop on the NMRA Ford Nationals tour and it brings 2,000hp Street Outlaw Mustangs and boost-ravaged Renegades to town.
A massive Car Show spans two days, Saturday and Sunday, and the professionally judged show gives out over 100 awards, from stock to modified and from early 1900-era Fords to brand new 2018 Mustangs. The Manufacturer’s Midway (Friday through Sunday) is home to dozens of performance companies offering event-only specials and the chance to talk face-to-face with company representatives.
If you have a street legal ride, the True Street class is open to anyone with the desire to go fast. After a 30-mile cruise, all True Street cars get three back-to-back runs down the quarter-mile for the chance to win cash and prizes. NMRA officials rank the averages and reward the Overall Winner and Runner-Up as well as the quickest averages in 9-second, 10-second, 11-second, 12-second, 13-second, 14-second, and 15-second time zones.
The Aerospace Components Winner’s Circle heats up the National Trail Raceway pits with music, beer, and a festive atmosphere as racers are presented their event checks and Victor trophy award.
One day adult spectator tickets are $25. Children 12 and under are always free. Tickets are available at the gate on the date of the event. For more information call 866-694-3475
