Visitors will learn about the science of melting glass and have the opportunity to make their own colorful fused-glass tile for an additional fee. Tiles will be fired at the Pittsburgh Glass Center and be available for pick-up at their location in Pittsburgh's East End.*
See what you can create with the folks from Fab Lab Carnegie Science Center, the Carnegie Museum of Art, the Children's Museum, and the Andy Warhol Museum. Displays and artistic opportunities will also be available from Assemble, Artist Image Resource, Rivers of Steel Art, and Creation Labs.
During the event the Fab Lab will be offering a Make Your Own Laser Cut Holiday Ornament Workshop for an additional fee. Spaces are limited and advance registration is required.**
