300 hr YTT Module 6: Yoga For Health & Wellness

In this module we will approach different styles of teaching to reach more populations.
You will learn what gentle yoga is, and how to sequence properly for it.
We will study accessible yoga. Making yoga available to all levels of ability, including chair yoga and yoga for students who might be bed ridden.
We will go deeper into Restorative Yoga and how it can help relieve chronic stress, spending time on the use of props and going deeper into the postures, their modifications and even breathing techniques for deep relaxation.
You will learn about yin yoga with essential oils, yoga nidra, and yoga for back care.

In this segment you will learn new tools for teaching individualized yoga, one on one private sessions and how to deal with the individual and see what is needed for wholeness.
