Holding Space ~ Listening with Integrity

Regardless of your job or role in life, we all must relate to others, personally and professionally, each day. These relationships will radically transform if you can learn to hold steady, listen with clarity and compassion, respond (instead of react) to what is said and hear what is unspoken.

This workshop will include tools for better facilitating your every human interaction:
1- Learning how to be fully present, honest and grounded- for yourself and another
2- Distinguishing self from other, recognizing the space between and opening to what lies therein
3- Exercises in truth telling, listening and providing honest feedback

If you hold a job in which communication is essential, or are looking to develop better skills as a teacher, parent or partner, join blue lotus director, Jill Sockman, E-RYT 500 for this special event. No prior yoga experience is necessary, as physical practices are quite limited and accessible to everyone. All are welcome.
