Yoga Nidra is a sleep based, guided meditation. A practice where doing less, creates more. The healing benefits of the practice range from gentle rest to profound awakenings. Over the course of 3 days, you’ll learn history and applied theory of Yoga Nidra. You will have the opportunity to experience several applied practices as well as develop your own teaching skills. By the conclusion of the weekend, you will have the confidence to prepare a Yoga Nidra sequence to share in community or record and experience for personal use.
