7 Rules of Life: This totally applies to nutrition because stress causes inflammation and acid buildup in our bodies which causes all kinds of disease. Aaaand I don't know a single healthnut out there that won't tell you that attitude is everything if you want to succeed. So in order to be successful with your physical health you have to work on your mental health at the same time. It may sound daunting but it doesn't have to be. Become your number one cheerleader and if that means faking it until you make it then DO THAT. You may be laughing and saying "what-ev-er", but it works.
