This workshop will focus on the whole body, starting from engaging and stretching the feet and then working up through the legs, hips, side body, arms, shoulders, wrist, neck, and face. We will cover the small areas in the body that tend to be overlooked, but could be having a huge impact on your practice and mobility. It will be a well-balanced class that will help you find balance in your body and practice.

Wesley Pilcher received his yoga teacher training in Dynamic Hatha Yoga at Circle Yoga Shala and received two teaching certificates in Mixed Yogic Arts and has been teaching since 2007. He also has certifications in Chinese herbology, basic foundations in Ayurvedic medicine, and aromatherapy.
