Take a moment at the end of the week for some self-care. Community meditation and Reiki gives you the opportunity to step out of your busy day and just sit (or recline). Each meditation practice will be unique and simple to follow so even someone who has never meditated in their life will be able to find a moment of peace. Reiki treatments will also be offered to those who wish to receive.
