Between Farm and Table: Economics, Access, and Place
The symposium will bring together Cornell scholars and regional practitioners whose work touches on the systems and infrastructure of food distribution, with the hope of identifying shared interests and opportunities for collaboration. An outgrowth of the ongoing partnership between Cornell and the Enfield Food Pantry, this cross-college symposium will bring diverse perspectives on food distribution, access, and placemaking into conversation, spanning economics, architecture, and community planning.
Co-hosts: Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy, Cornell Architecture, Art and Planning, Cornell Duffield Engineering, and the Einhorn Center
