Digital support by appointment

Do you need help using a smartphone, tablet, or computer? Are you wondering how to use email, social media services, or how to handle matters online? We help with everyday digital issues, but usernames, passwords, and security codes are personal. Digital advisors do not complete applications, make purchases, or carry out bank transfers on your behalf. During the guidance session, responsibility for your own device and software always remains with you.

The guidance session lasts 1 hour.

In April-May (13.4.26-28.5.26), digital support at Pasila Library is provided by an information and communications technology student, who offers guidance in Finnish, as well as English and Russian.
