Earned, Not Endured takes a proactive and values-based approach to challenge hazing cultures in fraternities and sororities. sports teams, and other organizations.

Kevin helps students recognize the signs of hazing, understand the group dynamics that fuel it, and build the confidence to intervene before harm is done. With a deep belief in the power of authentic brotherhood, sisterhood, and peer leadership, this program empowers students to protect their community while preserving pride, tradition, and true connection.
