WorkWell has partnered with Fitness & Wellness to offer faculty and staff free weekly yoga classes.

This all-level class allows participants to go at their own pace. Instructors can also provide cues and hands-on coaching as desired. Participants are welcome to borrow a mat or use their own. Registration is required for each class.
