This course provides practical tools for incorporating compassionate supervision styles that help your team thrive. Research shows that higher levels of self-compassion lead to greater success. Many of us have been conditioned to believe that perfection is necessary to achieve our goals, yet perfectionism often contributes to anxiety, burnout, and emotional distress. In this course, you’ll also learn strategies for supporting employee mental wellness and effectively addressing mental health challenges in the workplace. SUPERVISORS and NON-SUPERVISORS are welcome.
