Seyferth Lecture: W. Dean Harman (University of Virginia)
Established in 2018, the Seyferth Lectureship honors Dietmar's career and his impact on the field. Professor Seyferth devoted his professional career to excellence in teaching, research, and mentorship at MIT, retiring from the Chemistry Department in 1999. In 2019, the inaugural Seyferth Lecture in Organometallic Chemistry was launched with Professor Seyferth among the attendees.
