About these terms
These terms govern your use of localz, an event and place discovery service. By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting an event you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Your account
You need an account to publish events. You must give a real email address and confirm it before you can publish; we use it to reach you about your account and nothing else. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Events you submit
You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, translate and distribute it as part of the service, including in search results, listings, maps and notifications. You confirm that you hold the rights to whatever you upload — text, images and all — and that publishing it here breaks no one else's rights.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish. Listings are shown to people who may travel and spend money on the strength of them, so keep dates, places and prices correct and remove or update an event that changes.
What you may not do
You agree not to:
- publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringing on someone else's rights;
- use the service to advertise something that is not a real event, or to send unsolicited messages;
- impersonate another person, organiser or venue;
- scrape, overload or disrupt the service, or attempt to reach parts of it you have not been given access to;
- interfere with anyone else's account or with the security of the service.
We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.
Events from other sources
Most listings are not written by us. They are gathered from public sources — official city open-data portals, venue calendars and ticketing sites — and republished with attribution to the source. We do not control that information, we do not sell tickets, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and an organiser, venue or ticket seller.
Where a source requires attribution or licenses its data under specific terms, we display that attribution on the event page and those terms apply to that data.
If you are an organiser or rights holder and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us and we will act on it.
Availability
The service is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that listings will be complete or correct, or that any particular event will take place as described. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, from information published by a third party, or from an event that is cancelled, moved or different from its listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting it removes your account and the events you submitted. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go before the competent courts of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date below always shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
